A Private Party/Fundraiser includes your choice of a the featured artwork chosen from our Gallery page, all materials (floor/table coverings, tables, chairs, water, music, microphone, art supplies, etc…) and two hours of art instruction. Host must provide the drinks, food, and/or snacks.
Setup and cleanup for the painting experience is completed by our personnel! Please note that our team must be allowed at least one hour to set up and one hour afterwards to clean up.
You provide the location – or you can use one of our participating venues at no extra cost. We’ll accommodate up to 55 guests maximum. There is a minimum of ten guests for a private event. We prefer to have at least 5 days advance notice for an event. Food and beverages are purchased from the venues.
Deposit of $150 must be paid as soon as possible in order to reserve your date and time. The deposit is deducted from the total cost. Final payment is due the day of the event.
NOTE: Even though we provide the floor covering, table coverings, and aprons, you must take extra precautions to cover and/or remove any OTHER ADDITIONAL ITEMS that you would like to protect. We value your belongings so please let us know in advance of anything needing special attention :)
Additional set up/break down time (up to 30 min) will be necessary when supplying tables, chairs, and floor covering.
